4-0 baby! The Pistons looked good again last night in their beating of the Kings in Sac'town. Everytime the Kings made a little run and cut it to single digits, the Stones went on a run of their own to put it back to double digits. It really looks like they are having fun this year playing under Flip. They are really looking to push the ball when they can, it's good to see some excitement coming from the players.

Nat is finally getting back to her normal playful self again. She's still obviously not 100%, but at least she has enough energy to keep me busy again.

Have we all heard enough about Terrell Owens yet? If your favorite team had the chance to bring him in, how would you feel about it? Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing the Cowboys get him, ONLY because he's a playmaker. I also think he is going to change his ways after reality has finally hit him in the face by the Eagle organization. He was doing things and taking things for granted, I think he's going to change his tune and whichever team out there gets him, will be a lot better. If he continues to be the same ole' TO, I'd be shocked.

In other news...
Happy Birthday to the following OS'ers!
blfane (34), bdunn13 (32), Dekan (28), TrickyD (25), rogerrule07 (17)

Enough about me, what's up with you? I've got the sniffles now, guess I better get some meds asap!

Ironically, I'm sick as a dog. I've been taking Day and Niquill left and right. I had green, yes green, poo poo. I was actually thinking my time was up last night. I feel a little better today, if not for a work function lunch today, I would be at home, on the couch, watching "Devil's Rejects".

Unfortunately the TO thing isn't going to die down anytime soon. The problem with situations like this in the NFL is that there's NOTHING else to talk about during the week. Since there's only one game a week and analysts/the media have six days to breakdown every matchup, there is so much free air time for these people to discuss side stuff. It won't hurt them to spend four hours talking about TO on the radio this afternoon. While in baseball or basketball there's a game every day or every other day that people will have to devote at least some attention to.

I'm not doing much today, bball went great at the rec center last night. We got all our paperwork set up for the adult winter league too. Edmund Saunders' team has won the title the last two seasons so we have a hell of a challenge on our hands. We have 4 guys who played in college though (me at DII and three DIII guys) plus a 6'6" 250 lb guy who's solid so we should be the second best team in the league all season.

It was great to see some college basketball highlights on ESPN finally!! Granted it was 'Cuse abusing some scrubs it's still great to see. But the season is under way which is fabulous.

What's up w. the rest of OS on this lovely day?

Just woke up, it is supposed to rain today and tomorrow, which is AWESOME!

I wouldn't want T.O. in San Diego, his attitude bugs me.

Yeah, I agree. Media just loves to drag stuff out, I try not to listen to it, but it's hard not to.

Did you dunk on anyone for me last night? How many teams are in this league and when does it startup?

I'm excited for the College Bball season as well, good times!

Haha, I had 4 or 5 but none were really on anyone. They've learned to get out of the way by now.

And it's a 20 team league, starts up right after Turkey Day, can't wait!!

I love the rain too, but I think Seattle would be a lil too much for me. I need to see the sun at some point every coupla weeks. Hehe.

Whats up today?

Well, for starters I am off today, thats always a nice way to start off the day! I am really pumped for the 360, you would think Nov. 22nd was Christmas, I guess it is if you are a gamer. I made sure I put in for the day off, I probably would have been useless if I was there that day anyway.

As far as gaming, I am playing Blitz, Nba 2k6 (I really stink at it!), Madden, Mvp Baseball (I can't seem to get baseball out of my system yet even though the season is done).

Personally, I really have been itching to buy a new car but winter is coming. I do not want to get a new car all crapped up with salt and rocks! So I think I will wait . I have a 2000 Maxima and want to get the newer body style.

Thats about all that is going on, be well!!

LOL, cool. Well, when the league starts up and they don't know your game, make sure you sack somebody for me!

Good luck in the league bro, I'd love to get in one myself, but I just don't have the time.

Yeah, 360 day is inching closer and as the days go by, I'm seriously considering calling in sick. I doubt I'll do it, but you know how that goes.

So you're looking to get a brand new Maxima huh? Check out the Lexus IS 350, they look AWESOME! I'd love to test drive one soon, but then I'd want to buy it and well...I have enough stuff I'm paying for as it is...

well it's cloudy here... nice to see the Isles take out the Dev's last night... had a major fight with the GF last night --it seems they like to nag & harp on things i guess.. looking forward to picking up Operation Flashpoint today.. finally my cold seems to be going away - well at least my head doesnt feel as warm as the sun & not hacking up lungs or anything... other than that, enjoying my off day - before returning to the dregs of work tomorrow..

Thats my problem too! If I drive it I am going to want it and then try convince the other half that this is really the right thing to do! Then some very sincere choice words from my wife will follow! I am sure you know how the rest goes!

Yea, we didn't need a description of your stools. Hope you feel better though.

T.O. is no doubt one if not the best WR in the NFL. I don't know if pride or Drew Rosenhaus got to him but many people may not want to even deal with this cat because of what's happenend with his last 2 teams. Did you see that the Eagles said that they will even pay him for the rest of the year including letting him keep his signing bonus? He must really be a headache because NO ONE gives up money, let alone that amount, for free.
