Game Informer Online has posted their preview of World Soccer Winning Eleven 9.
"Even though we haven’t yet tested the online functionality of Winning Eleven 9, apparently Konami has tweaked the game for better performance. Unfortunately right now, not only do you have to pay for an ID, but also for a monthly fee, and depending on which extra leagues you want to play – you’ll have to pay extra for that as well. In Japan, it’s working, which is rather surprising since if you’re a Winning Eleven enthusiast in that country, you’re buying 3-4 different Winning Eleven titles per year at about $60-$65 per game. If and when this heads to North America and Europe, I would hope that Konami doesn’t plan on charging any extra fees either."
