Gov. Jeb Bush Gets “In the Game” with Visit to EA-Tiburon’s Orlando Studio
GOVERNER TO CONGRATULATE FLORIDA WORKERS ON RELEASE OF ICONIC VIDEOGAME, TOUT “MADE IN FLORIDA” SUCCESSES
Governor Jeb Bush will get “in the game” and show his support of the successful launch of a “Made in Florida” product that will be played by millions of football fans around the world –EA’s Madden NFL Football 06, set to launch Tuesday, August 9. Not only will Gov. Bush meet the brains behind the football brawn, he’ll also get a first-hand look at what makes Madden NFL Football one of North America’s best-selling games of all time and even see if he has what it takes to excel in the game’s new Superstar mode.
Gov. Bush also will be surprised with special game footage developed by the EA team just for him.
Gov. Bush will be greeted by the EA-Tiburon executive team, including Steve Chiang, co-founder of Tiburon and now vice president and studio general manager. Before an audience comprised of many of the world’s best videogame developers, the Governor will give brief remarks and Chiang will give an overview of EA-Tiburon’s history, growth and future, before the governor becomes one of the first to play the game.
