1up has posted the following previews:
  • Mario Kart DS (DS)
"Mario Kart DS stays tried and true to Mario Kart's legacy, and though slightly disappointing in offering original features to the series, it's not altogether surprising. Still, as expected, the racer's gameplay is solid and enjoyable, which should be more than enough for fans of the series."
  • Mario Baseball (GC)
"Ultimately, like past Mario titles, Baseball is intended to make the sport of baseball and/or the medium of videogames more accessible for those with little experience with one or the other (or even both). It's a game with one foot planted firmly on the Pitcher's Mound of Wackiness and the other sliding furiously into the Home Plate of Zany Shenanigans, and for that we eagerly look forward to playing it lots."
  • Burnout Revenge (PS2, Xbox)
"And (perhaps) taking a cue from games like Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition, you'll also be able to check traffic -- not with your eyes, but with your car. Whereas hitting a soccer mom used to cost you the race, you can now slam her minivan into your rivals and use traffic as weapons to gain the lead. Just one more way to expand on Burnout's takedown philosophy."
