ACTIVISION AND THE JEEP® BRAND ANNOUNCE TONY HAWK’S
UNDERGROUND 2 JEEP “RAIL RATED” SWEEPSTAKES WINNER


Santa Monica – April 14, 2005 – Activision, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) and the Jeep® brand jointly announced today that Anne Wunsch of Wausau, Wisconsin is the lucky winner of the Tony Hawk’s Underground 2 Jeep Rail Rated Sweepstakes. The 33 year-old, customer service supervisor for the Wisconsin Physician Service (WPS), won a brand new 2005 Jeep Liberty Renegade through a random drawing, which was held on March 15.
The promotion, which ran from February 2 - March 15, 2005, was sponsored by Activision and Jeep in support of the Tony Hawk’s Underground 2 Remix game, which is currently available for the PlayStation® Portable (PSP) at retail stores nationwide.

In addition to the Sweepstakes, Activision and the Jeep brand hosted a contest where consumers were challenged to design the “sickest skate park” for the chance to win the ultimate “Rail Rated” prize package of skateboarding gear and apparel.

Neversoft, the developers of the Tony Hawk’s Underground series, is currently judging contest entries and the winner will be announced online at www.thug2online.com/railrated by April 22, 2005.
