4th & 1 Sports has posted their review of MLB 2006, giving it an 80 out of 100.
"In terms of baseball, MLB 2006 could best be equated with a situational set-up man. Should the designated closer ever go down to injury, MLB would be a fine choice to fill in for X amount of games. Like these situational pitchers, they have some specialties that are favored by those that use them. MLB adds a little pinache in the return of the EyeToy compatibility (to put your face in the game) and the requisite online mode (although, it is rather lacking in terms of players and pre-game experience). Yet, if you have the closer at your disposal - in this case, MVP Baseball 2005 - there is no need to play MLB 2006 beyond the eight inning unless you have an emotional attachment to the product."
