Hey folks. I just wanted to drop a quick note and clarify the “slow mo” pitching in online player vs player modes.
Patch 1.08 introduced an unintentional stutter in the delivery of the ball from the pitcher. As a way to “smooth” out that stutter, we made a change in today’s patch (1.09) that will make it seem like the pitch is moving slower from the defensive side only. The pitch integrity still remains the same, and from the offensive view, everything displays at the correct speed.
This change will not affect throwing out a player stealing a base.
