Bottom Line
It’s hard to complain about the amount of content we got today. The issue with any program at this point is that there is just not a lot of “newness” to the players. You’re getting 99 overalls of some of your favorites, but besides a couple exceptions, we’re just adding lots of “endgame” cards to a game that already has plenty of “endgame” content. It’s not a negative or anything, it’s just where you end up getting to with these modes as the season starts to dwindle.
It doesn’t change the fact that SDS has crushed it with cards all year as usual. However, it’s just not as exciting to see these big drops of players even if I’m excited to play with a bunch of them because, well, I already have been playing with a lot of these players at various points this season.
