List of Play Styles in NBA Live 18's The One

EA Sports released a list of all of the play styles you can choose from in their single player story mode ‘The One’ today. Play styles in NBA Live 18’s The One will determine how your character plays in the mode — most likely affecting attributes and progression. Currently there is no word on if these are static or can be changed after you start.

Guard Play Styles

Offense: Point Shooter

Give and Take
Getting an assist gives you a stackable boost to your 3pt shooting ability.

Break it Down

  1. If I make a PG then it's definitely a 3 & D
    If it's Wing player, Defense and Hybrid are enticing
    If it's a Center position, the post scorer looks promising
    This is only a guess but I think
    Primary skills are your highest ratings . Maybe 90-99
    Secondary Skills are your second highest . Maybe 75-89
    The traits are badges for your playstyle
    I really like the sounds of this vs 2k's approach last year. I was really not a fan of archetypes.
    I get the logic behind it, but I just found you couldn't make a "best player on earth".
    This sounds more in tune with what I'd liek to see.
