Only sports game with a simulation mode. You can play full 12 minute quarters and get a realistic game accross the board. Awsome if you like to play a season versus the computer. The gameplay is so good and challenging that the last thing on your mind is how long it takes to play a game.

I don't play online because most of us know online play is horrible and full of lag. Playing offline, all of my save files keep becoming corrupted. Not buying this game until its $40 or less next year, if I even buy it at all.

Not as good as last year. Animations take control of the game, almost like watching a mini-movie every time you go to the basket...

Definitely needs a patch. Then it might get a 8 or 9 rating.

I have loved this game from start to finish. I am really glad the NBA is back and now we will get the roster updates and be able to take advantage of the whole game!

Basically the same game as last year. Minor graphics improvement and "Greatest Mode" is becoming a distraction for a lacking and unimproved franchise mode.
