I'm willing to give this game a shot, especially with the million dollar contest. I have decent hopes, but I know they still have a long way to go for perfection. Let's just hope most of our gameplay concerns have been addressed.

No reason to get too hyped at this point otherwise, though.

I think its going to take more than a year to fix all the bugs from last year. 2K9 has done irrepetual damage to 2Ks brand. Take-Two needs to figure out how Visual Concepts released such an EPIC FAIL. I will never buy another 2K game as long as VC is developing them. Perhaps I'll be interested if they give it to a third party publisher.

THIS IS NOT MEAT!!!!!! Tell me that an outfield fly balls' shadow continues to move according to the wind (swirling or other) and you must gradually move the fielder with the shadow to ensure you are beneath it to make the catch...REAL BASEBASE PLEASE!!! Tell me that unless you call off a second (or third etc...) charging fielder to a fly ball, if their bodies meet...THERE WILL BE A COLLISION (or bump, or last second distraction, etc...) and not the ghosting that currently happens (when players bodies walk/run through one another without seamingly coming in contact...WHAT IS THAT!!!). REAL BASEBALL PLEASE!!! Tell me that a ripped line drive will visibly bend because of the amount of spin that the bat put on the ball. REAL BASEBALL PLEASE!!! Tell me that a foul ball will at times be caught at the wall on an animated sliding knee, or that (using various animations) a foul ball may be caught with the fielder leaning over the dugout railing or an attempted grab (with occasional succes) of a ball as the fielder slips/falls down the dugout steps. Lets be creative! REAL BASEBALL PLEASE!!! In all that you do don't make any new and sweet, oh lets not forget, REALISTIC animations become over done thus making that aspect of the game ARCADE-ISH. LET'S GO DEEP with the creativity. I'm tired of being the bridesmaid (MLB 2K10) and never the bride (MLB The Show). Sorry...but it is what it is. Do something about it!!! Respectfully, but tired, loyal MLB 2K FAN.

From what I have read about the game it is showing promise. The franchise features sounds good. I am hoping when it is all said and done it is a complete package, good gameplay and features.
