Arguably the best NCAA Football game ever! When there was no PS3 or 360, NCAA 2004, 2005, 2006 were very good games.

This was a rental we played at a friends house. The Iowa Hawkeyes had a great team rating which enhanced the game play for me.

Great time playing against a human opponent.

To this day NCAA 2004 is still one of the best football games EA has produced. It plays well with good statistical results and slider adjustments that actually affected gameplay.
