The deal is off the table as soon as you say it is (assuming noone has accepted a trade yet). I was in a fantasy basketball league that was pretty much the same. You could propose a trade and then take it down yourself before the other person even got a chance to see it, which I think is fair. So if you want all deals cleared, it's done.
