Just read the Smackdown spoilers, I don't get why they even had the draft. 1/2 of Raw is on the show. [Reply]

EG, this week their straying away from all storylines and focusing on just wrestling. Vince kind of eluded to that on ECW when he said that they were celebrating wrestling this week. That is the reason why were getting RAW vs. ECW vs. SD matches for this week.

To add to that, here is more from Matt Hardy:

When more information was discovered, the WWE took a different and appropriate stance towards their programming. The ECW and Smackdown shows this week were dedicated to our great fans. Wrestling fans who were grieving and confused over this tragedy needed us, including me, to entertain them. I feel it is my responsibility, as well as my pleasure, to put smiles on people's faces and give them an escape from reality. I know Vince feels that way as well. [Reply]

come on... how cool would it be if Gerald Butler came out for one appearance and kicked some wrestler down a hole while yelling THIS IS SMACKDOWN!!!!

Of course it's just an advertisement like Nacho Libre was when they put him on their roster... still cool though. [Reply]
