Right now it seems as though benoit WANTS to lose the title to mvp because benoit says mvp is very talented and right now hes just "training him" until the time comes for him to win the title.

Yeah, in the Observer this week, Meltzer says that MVP is Beniot's "personal pet project". He wants to give back by grooming this guy for the Main Event. The agents and everyone else in charge are impressed by him since he wants to improve.

Also mentioned was his Power Rangers outfit. Supposedly, it wasn't the tatoos (he has a Malcom X tat on his left pec) but his gut. He's gotten rid of it so they're looking at a different get up for him.

MVP is the man!

Props to Benoit for seeing his talent and taking him under his wing. I know I've been hard on Benoit lately, but it's great to see a very successful veteran take a younger guy under his wing...and he's done a great job at it with MVP

I've always wondered why he had such horrible ring attire. I chalked it up to a combination of playing up to his ego-driven athlete gimmick (think Under-Armor) and a way to draw some heel heat (ie, stupid outfit makes people more likely to get on his case).

I remember watching him during the Kane rivalry and I believe Kane stripped off the top part of MVP's suit to expose his "burns". I think he could pull off short trunks of some kind, as his physique didn't look too bad. In fact, he kind of reminded me of a linebacker, which plays right into his gimmick.

I guess it really doesn't matter, but I think the guy has some talent and charisma which could take him places if he keeps improving and is handled well.

That makes sense now since after the match with Kane, they had bandaged up his stomach so those explicit tatts don't show + selling the burns.

From PWInsider:

Quote:
WWE is tentatively planning to have Snitsky come over to RAW and challenge John Cena for the WWE Title. This is why WWE has been airing his promos on RAW.
I hope it's BS.
