Liger was good, but he never really defined an era. He and Dragon(Ultimo) are of the same variety, they're both fantastic wrestlers, but aside from small companies, they were never really the face. Although, any super J Cup match you can find is worth watching.

From just a wrestling stand point, and not the whole package, RVD is near the top, but I went with HBK because he is not only one of the best wrestlers of all time, but one of the best personalities of all time.
