Go exchange it because I've read on the IGN board that some people did not get thier online axxess code or they have it but the # is not printed on it. Obviously quality control is not THQ's strong point as it looks like a few games have been shipped missing some stuff.

The Rock technically wasn't a preorder bonus, that was just something Gamestop was slinging to get you to buy from their store, when in fact, the Rock is supposed to come with every first run copy of the game. If you purchased the game today and that label telling you that the Rock is included on the case but didn't get a card inside the case then unfortunately you might be SOL. THQ just forgot to add a code for him. You might try calling their customer service, maybe you'll have some help that way. But no card, no Rock.

So how does universe actually work? Are there a bunch of story lines that randomly play out and you can hop into matches and play through them?

Just keep button mashing. You don't need to hit L1 or anything.

Does it matter which face button? I was mashing X (PS3) and my guy quickly gave up.
