Yeah Russo has booked AJ to look about as weak as a World Champ as you can. That's odd considering he was one of AJ's biggest backers in the original TNA. I don't think Russo knows how to book guy without strong gimmicks. For example, he's done a fair bit of good for Abyss's career, but seems clueless with AJ, Joe, Daniels.

Maybe I'm out of the loop, but didn't one of the Nasty Boys die and the other is almost in a wheel chair?

Didn't Hogan have a short run with NWATNA back before they had a cable deal?

Booker
Sting
Steiner
Nash
Hogan
Foley (although he was more of a mid-card guy in WCW)
Jarrett
Jarrett hasn't wrestled in a long time and hasn't been on TV. Steiner has been in the mid card and tag team scene and same goes with Booker T. Same goes with Kevin Nash, he has been in the mid card. The only guys that have been main eventing have been Foley (months ago) and Sting.

So throw whatever stones you want because of that.

They signed him but he never showed up. He got injured in Japan and all they ever had of him was JJ hitting with a guitar at a press conference after that match and then claimed JJ caused the injury.

The thought of this man back in the wrestling spotlight has both myself and Bobby Heenan ready to puke.
As badly as TNA is in need of a change, the nucleus for the WCW implosion (Bischoff, Hogan, Nash) can NOT end well unless they finally figure out how talented their roster is and build some new stars.
