Ok I believe everything is set right and ready to go.
(REMEMBER:
The custom sounds are tied to the roster. So if you edit all the sounds and enter them and then load a new roster update THE SOUNDS WILL HAVE TO BE RE-DONE!. Please Keep this in mind.)
There are 4 PACKS:
Crowd Vendor UMP PACK - (3 Folders in Zip: Crowd - 74 Files, Vendor - 28 and Ump - 10 files)
Misc Sounds and Instruments PACK - (1 Folder - 74 files)
Players and Team Extras PACK - (1 Player folder with 516 Files (A Few players have a couple different sounds) and 11 folders inside the Team Extra folder that total 50 files)
Song Clips PACK - (1 Folder with 391 files. I put all music together to help the transition. Specific Latino music has Lat at the beginning of title)
While we didn't get all players we got a good amount and with the including song clips this should allow you plenty to create your own, in game, if you feel like it.
Download the Zips and after unzipping them throw the contents onto a flash drive and load into PS3. When looking at the flash drive through PS3 you have to (While hi-lighting the flash drive) hit the triangle and select "Show All". This allows the PS3 to see the secondary folders.
Then go to the main folders for each pack (which will be called the same as the PACKS: MISC Sounds and Instruments PACK, Crowd Vendor Ump PACK, Players and Team Extras PACK and lastly Songs Clip Pack) and hit Triangle and select "Copy". Do this for each main folder.
You may get 1 or 2 files when the copying is happening that come up with a box about it already copying that file. Select
"New Save" and
do not select overwrite. What is happening is it sees that same file data/code whatever already in another folder (assigned to a player or in the song clip folder depending on what folders you copy first)
Once done you should have different albums on the PS3 now. Player album, Specifically named team extras album for teams we had extra sounds for like HR music etc., Sound Clips album, Ump album, crowd album and a Misc Album.
I hope I explained it well enough. It worked on mine
Lastly: If you decide to make you own sounds (Player and song clips) OUTSIDE of The Show game please follow this guideline.
After making the MP3 go into the MP3 properties and make:
Players files have the
album of Player and give it a track number based on the name of the player. So a player with the last name beginning with A would have a track # of 1, players with B starting the last name should have a track number of 2 etc. (doesn't matter if multiple players have the same track number),
Player files should always be named last name first-first name last (Ortiz_David.MP3 for example)
Follow the same rules for team extras sounds except they would have the album of Texas Extra or Orioles Extra etc... but you don't have to worry about tracks unless you plan on making a ton. Basicall whatever album you want them to show up in you have to enter that into the MP3 properties for that file.
Again this is for if you make any outside of the game itself.
Or if you don't care how they sort and jusy want them on the PS3 them do whatever ya want....
Well that's it...I'm sure there may be players you feel we should have or that the whole folder structure is whack and if so..sorry.
Getting all these files made by mulitple people sorted correctly through the PS3 was harder than expected. The way it is now my PS3 not only sorts the files correct A-Z but also sorts the A's correct and so on. The PS3 has no problem sorting albums fine but inside albums it is screwy at least on mine. Doing all these edits was the only way I could get a good sort.
Obviously I have no clue how The Show will look at the files and all the editing may have been unnecessary but at least it's good to go if no matter what.
So there ya have it.
Again it was a great team effort from Jim416, Tyused, tree3five, Chai2112 and TNKNGM as wll as many suggestions from others.
We hope you enjoy the effort.

dmrich28's Sets
1. Player database with around 900 players using both Skyboxer's real ones and a bunch of my own that I put together
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=FH20VHR0
2. This is the 60's-90's fictional one I just finished (part 1)
this has 132 files each containing 3 20sec clips (total of 396). It is unsorted and random so you will have to play and note what ones you want to use.
I'm much happier with this one personally, since I like this type of music more and they are consistant in length.
