I think I made a prediction that Balotelli would be back in Italy in January, but that was before Tevez went completely insane. Still, I can't see him staying at City for too long. Mancini will only tolerate it for so long.

I'm honestly not that surprised. He did nothing for the longest time at Arsenal and then had a good half of a season, yet then demanded to be treated like others who had done far more than he ever had. He's always been streaky and can easily disappear in a game.

I'm not saying he won't turn it around, but there is a reason I was alright with seeing him go. He has awhile to go before he becomes consistent.

My exact same feelings, I feel Mancini is trying to pick and choose his games with Nasri as I notice he doesn't start that much. I feel Milner is the better choice right now, not as skilled but he brings the overall package when it comes to box-to-box play.

Re: The 2011-12 EPL Discussion Thread

Good weekend.

Arsenal, Man United, Man City, Liverpool, and Newcastle all drew while Chelsea gets all 3. Good first half for Chelsea, not so much the 2nd. Sturridge seems to be coming back to form. I still want to see him play the CF position from the go.

Is anyone else disappointed Super Mario will be suspended? When Man City play that is one of the things I look forward to seeing.

Not really. I think he's an idiot on the pitch. His antics outside the matches are what I look forward to. If I wanted to see someone be that good I'd just watch Ibra, as he's a bit less of a dick with the same type of game.

Yes, like lighting his house on fire after shooting fireworks out his bathroom window. Classic.

Well those who had Steve Bruce in this years sack race, you can now claim your prize, as Bruce was officially sacked by Sunderland today.

I didn't have him, but I did say Hughes would be the replacement for the first sacked and it's appear that it could happen.

Lucas is out for the season. That is a big-time loss for Liverpool.
