Ronaldo is going to Real Madrid for 80m, interesting but I saw this coming.

Re: 2009/10 Summer Transfers

I find it a little odd that the Championship and SPL are broken down club-by-club while other bigger leagues are condensed. I hope transfers in continental European leagues don't get ignored as a result. I came across another site today which is also compiling 2009 transfers - LINK (but all figures are in Euros).

Some significant confirmed transfers according to the above site:
- Lukas Podolski from Bayern Munich back to FC Koln (€10m; agreed in Feb)
- Ivica Olic from Hamburg to Bayern Munich (free; agreed earlier this year)
- Edson Braafheid from FC Twente to Bayern Munich (€2.5m)
- Jeremy Mathieu from Toulouse to Valencia (free)
- Diego Milito and Thiago Motta from Genoa to Inter (both undisclosed) with Hernan Crespo going the other way (free)
- Fabio Cannavaro from Real Madrid back to Juventus (free)

Other key transfers not mentioned on the above site:
- Fabio Quagliarella from Udinese to Napoli (undisclosed)
- Anatoliy Tymoschuk from Zenit to Bayern Munich (free?; agreed in Feb)

Some Aussie internationals returning home:
- Mile Sterjovski from Derby County to Perth Glory (free)
- Jason Culina from PSV to debutant club Gold Coast United (free; agreed earlier in the year)

Updated. There's now a top transfers section, if you just want to know the big moves.

Re: 2009/10 Summer Transfers

is there a good roster update to get these, or is there no locker room thing like in the NBA game?

This is a soccer discussion thread, not a videogame discussion thread. There are dedicated FIFA and PES sub-topics and subsequent threads, as well as a Football Manager thread in the Soccer section.
