Awesome for Becks. What a true professional - the man is just class all around.

I wish him luck, and man, I cannot wait to see him play for England soon - top notch stuff.

Well it was a good run in the MLS Dave. You did absolutely nothing imo for soccer in this Country. And for anyone that actually believes the Becks will come back to the MLS, is fooling themselves.

Wow, that post of yours could not have been more pointless. Good job.

What was so pointless about? Beckham came here for one reason and one reason only. To make himself and his wife a star. Now that he realizes that no one cares about his wife he is getting the heck out of dodge.

It just aggervates the crap out me that he came here talking about how he was going to make Soccer popular in America. When in all reality that was the last thing on his mind. Hell in every interview he does he doesn't even mention Soccer.

Where did you come up with this? He was offered a lot of money to play in the States. Is that a crime? And he stated he's returning to L.A. in the spring. Those are the facts. Everything you wrote is nothing but baseless opinionating and tabloid gossip.

I think he will go back in March. Still not sure if I like the move for Milan. Galliani just sees $$$$$, but what about the side? Not sure how trying to incorporate Becks in such a short time period helps. Once they gain cohesion together, he will be gone. Hopefully it works out well.

Agreed - have some faith, he did/is doing a world of good for MLS. He shows class because he states that he is COMMITTED to the LA Galaxy and the MLS - this is just something he needs to do in order to remain on the England squad. If you were in his shoes, wouldn't you be doing the exact same thing? Knowing that your coach will not look at you if he doesn't see you being active in a league? It makes perfect sense.

Who takes the free kicks? Becks or Ronnie?

I love the move. I guess if I was forced to choose a Serie A side it would Milan so I'm happy that Becks is going there. The season has started well for them and when you add Becks with Pirlo, you have two guys that can drop the ball on a dime from 50 yards.

This move is going to be just like Henrik Larsson's at Manchester Utd.
