Can't say that I'm surprised. The team isn't drawing well despite having an incredible season. Plus, it really costs too much to go to a game, they really need to drop the ticket prices. Also, building that ridiculous stage behind the north goal was a terrible move and might show that they know the Crew are leaving and wanted to make Crew Stadium into a venue that could host concerts.

Ugh.

That's too bad if they move. It looked ilike t was a great road trip for Toronto supporters. They played there at the beginning of the season and the place was jammed with red TFC support. It looked like a good stadium for soccer on television.

it is a good venue to watch on TV or in person.

And this is a town that will support its teams. I mean, the Bluejackets sold out for like six straight years while they were sucking. The problem with the Crew is that before this year, they were bad for so long and once McBride left for Europe, there was no face of the team or no superstar for the fans to watch.

That stinks if true. I was hoping to make it over for a match sometime. Wanted to try to go this weekend with the Galaxy coming to town but have a wedding I have to go to.

And Columbus will support it's teams, I agree with that statement. The bluejackets have one of the best arenas to watch hockey in, and people love going to their games.

I hope they don't move.

Re: Columbus Crew moving to Las Vegas?

I think a team in Las Vegas is a horrible idea. If it's the Crew, it's even a worse idea.

If St. Louis doesn't get the next expansion team, I'm going to scream. There needs to be another Midwest team added, the opposite of taking one away.

I don't see Las Vegas supporting a team at all. In the beginning, yes, due to the novelty of it. However, down the road, not at all.

I could be wrong, but I don't think it's a soccer hot bead.
