Hopefully this isn't a repost I did try and search. I am using the latest OS rosters for my franchise I just started. I simmed through the first season with the Astros and made a couple deals to get set up to rebuild. I get to free agency and I am very surprised to find not only some decent FA's (usually I find junk when free agency comes around). Then after going through and picking a couple guys to target.. I notice there are several young "A" prospect guys.

Is this just something that happens with the custom rosters or just a fluke?

Jorge Soler is one such free agent. 19, C overall with A potential... the only reason he's a free agent is because he's from Cuba, and ineligible for signing, in RL.
