Xbox 360 Big Ten Online Dynasty Interest?

Looking to do a Big Ten Online Dynasty. Heisman difficulty with Authentic's adjusted sliders which can be found on operation sports. Also have the OS community rosters. Would be looking to advance 3 times a week if not more. I would be Michigan State. Sim style gameplay not anything specific but play the game its suppose to be played. Serious players.

Dynasty is not very interesting, which allows you to plant vegetables and build constructions all the time.
