Help Develop Players
Anybody have any suggestions? In my Dodgers franchise Zach Lee wasnt ready to even be a 5th starter until has a 24! Anyone have some advice on how to help this?

First, a lot of pitchers aren't ready at age 24. Anyways, do the training manually instead of setting it to automatic. Don't rush them. And look in the main forum for a development guide made by kcroyals19 I think is his name (not sure about the last two numbers)
