He's just not in the NFLCA.

I doubt they'll take it that far. One thing they could do is just put him on IR and if you use pre-existing injuries he just sits on IR the whole season but returns next year.
If they can make retired players show up after the first year, why can't they just add him to the list?

Payton will either be the coach the Saints or not be in the game at all IMO. If I had to guess, he'll be their coach.

This has already been brought up in a couple threads.

it happens.. Jordan and Barkley didn't want to be in the NBA Live games a few years in the 90's, coaches are less of a big deal.

Bobby Valentine isn't in the Show

Offensive and Defensive Coordinators aren't a part of Connected Careers this year.

Why? I am just curious as I like the idea of having a coaching staff.

Probably because if they're added they should be functional. With the XP system I think they could do a lot of neat things with coordinators, between their influencing the XP gain of some positions or players that excel in their schemes, to coaching trees and adding more legacy components to a coaching career.

I agree with this. Coordinators never seemed to really matter in Franchise Mode..They were a nice addition, one that I expect to see return, but didn't really add anything to the depth of the mode as it was.

If/when Coordinators come back to Madden, I want them to affect my team in more than just attribute boosts.

Re: Madden 13: Is this man in the game?

I just really do not understand why Belichick doesn't want himself in Madden? I mean seriously, it's not like the coaches have ever done anything in Madden besides stand on the sidelines, have there name in the menu, and give a few rating boosts to players(which for Bill would all be positive ratings boosts I'm sure).

Just seems silly to me, chalk it up for another reason I dislike him and his team.

I thought you knew? Why would a man who walks on water(in his mind, anyway) lower his standards to be in a video game?
