And finnaly I use Gray out of Shotgun and Pistol. Also my coolest formation is this pistol with 2 RBs and a FB(who I change to Bergeron. So I go into formation subs and change each player to "Starter in each Formation". this is really effective as no back gets tired and you can change your running attack based on the defense weakness. Hope that helped

PS: i had Gray, Brown and Bergeron all be heisman finalists in one season!!
I like that plan, that's what I always did on Madden and I'll probably continue when it comes out, I always end up drafting RBs so I like to spread the carries around

After the loss in Michigan I had to host Marshall and it was a cake walk. Next game was hosting NCSU where I scraped a 4 point win. Currently playing Maryland who is a 1-3 team I believe. Toughest game I think i've played all season. Neither team put up points in the first quarter. I just made my first successful strike down the field after Maryland missed a 47 yd FG off the left Iron. VT up 7-0, about 1:30 left before we go into the half. I'll post some stats in an edit after the game.

Uh, anyone had this happen before, not sure where to post this but since it's in my dynasty i figured maybe someone else ran into this. Every time NC state runs a rushing play, their RB looks like he's running in sand and then after I tackle him he immediately falls to the ground and doesn't move.

Re: The Official How's Your Dynasty Going Thread NCAA 13

Finished the season 13-1 and won the Liberty Bowl against UCF(in consecutive years). We were ranked #7. I won Coach of the Year with Tulane. My FR WR won the Best WR and 1st team All-American with 106 catches, 1477 yards and 19 TDs. All 3 are school records. Finished top-10 in pass yards and rush defense. I dont really count the top 5 rush defense because most of the teams were pass-1st spread teams. My JR SS was a 1st Team AA with 58 Tackles and 6 INTs(1 TD), he was a 2nd team AA. My JR MLB was a 2nd Team AA with 77 Tackles, 4 sacks, 3 INTs. I had 2 FR AA(the WR and a DT with 6.5 sacks). I had 20 players on 1st/2nd All-C-USA team. My FR OLB led team with 80 tackles.

I am seriously considering Moving up to the SEC. We should be a 4 star team and will our team being mostly JR/SRs, so we should be competitive.

We loss our long FG kicker. But, my Kicker finally got to 80 KPow after 3 seasons. My SR QB who transferred over a few seasons ago got drafted in the 5th rd.

Going into 5th season, I am looking forward to this season. Defense should be better this year. Secondary should be my strong suit this year. Run game should be better, and there wont be much difference from QBs last year. WR game will be better. I found another +17 Gem at ATH when I put him at WR. He is a similar WR to the FR Wr I had last year. I also found 2 other 10+ Gems at ATH. But, I am mostly likely going to RS them. My weakest position is OL because most of them are young.

My biggest problem is that once I got to the Cut menu it said I had 88 players. I did not expect to be that much over. But, I am not surpised though. I had only had 3 SRs last year. I got alot of depth last 2 seasons and I dont want to cut them because I will have to replace them in the future. I got it down to 79, but that is still 9 more players. There are alot of positions where I have mostly JRs, but dont have the future depth. I dont want to cut the FR, but cutting the older guys will lower my team rank/grade. What I might do is cut some of the SOPHs that are close to the FR ratings. I have a few LBs I can cut. I just have to cut the players I think wont play that much/at all. Since I signed quite a few ATHs, I can just slide them over to certain positions if injuries happen. I wanted to RS alot of the FR I signed. I dont want to waste a year. I guess I can cut my 3rd string JR QB, 2 WRs(5th/7th String), 2 OLs, 2 LBs, 2 Safety. I got the Depth behind them. I moved a fast ATH over to QB who has 82 THP and 75 THA. The 2 WRs I might cut are low in the chart, but has very high RR. But with me signing 2 +10 Gems at WR, they are expendable. The funny thing about the OLs is I decided in the Offseason to recruit 2 Guards because even though I signed 2 already, they would be my only 2 Guards on team next season. I got like 3 OL per OL spot, so I will cut the 2nd string and keep the FR. LBs, I cut one of the FR MLBs I signed and a OLB. I have 7-8 Safeties. I am pretty sure I cut 2. That should clear up my rosters.
I am planning on going SEC. We(Tulane) are a 4 star team now and will mostly go undefeated in C-USA. Main reason is I am getting tired of mainly facing spread teams. With my starting LBs being experience and athletic, I think we can match up with the RBs in SEC. But, we have the CB depth/quality to match up with the spread teams in SEC. The thing is after season, we might take a step back defensively. We lose both starting safeties(started every year), #1 CB(started every year), MLB(started each year), RDE. But, we have depth at those positions. CB is set for the next few seasons, I have some good young players at Safety that fit my scheme. MLB not really, but I can slide my backup OLB next season. I have 2 good pieces in front 7 that are SOPH. Offensively, I have to go after a QB or two since I lose 3 of 4 QBs. RBs, I will return all 4 next season, so I am good. WR, I am good. So offensively, QB is the only need.

Re: The Official How's Your Dynasty Going Thread NCAA 13

Fifth year in dynasty and third with UCLA I finally won the Pac-12. I made one other trip in my first season with the Bruins and lost to Oregon. Had a pretty tough second half of the Pac-12 Championship game. I lost my first and second string QB's and had to burn a frosh's redshirt. Basically had the kid hand off the ball for the entire second half and managed to break the spirit of Oregon's defense.

Finished 12-1 and earned a trip to the MNC game against defending champion Louisville.

Re: The Official How's Your Dynasty Going Thread NCAA 13

Finished up my 4th season. 3 peat NC... I pretty much simulated every game after my USC game until the PAC-12 CC game. Rematched Stanford and even with all my guys healthy struggled but came out and won no thanks to my Kicker who happened to miss a FG and SU came back and scored making it 28-27 we get the ball back and make the game winning FG. The NC game was by far the hardest game ive played on NCAA 13.

Played Notre Dame and my QB played like ish in the first half. 2 picks and gave them a TD going into the 2nd QT 7-0 but none the less ND kept blitzing which no one had really done while ive been playing. Before we score its 10-0 but my TRUE freshman RB gets some great running yards and we score 10-7 ND. Idk what happened in the 3rd but ND shut if off or something but we get up 17-10 going into the 4th. They score early and thats it 17-17 we score right back and my D just shut them down and with 1 min left to go I decided to be a man's private and score again 31-17 game over.

Now im in my off season and im starting to recruit for a pro style offense like BAMA or Stanford because my JR. QB will prolly leave after this year so imma center my offense around my SO. RB. My doing this in past NCAA games has been terrible and I usually get the crap beat out of me because going from Multiple style to Pro is extremely difficult. but should be fun

Re: The Official How's Your Dynasty Going Thread NCAA 13

Well, I played Louisville in the national championship game and thrashed them 35-3 (easiest game I played the entire season). Here's the weird part, I received the designation of "National Champion 2016" in my team profile, but I was not awarded the crystal football. I check the final rankings and 12-1 Louisville is #1 in both the final coaches and media poll and I'm still #2. Ridiculous.

Re: The Official How's Your Dynasty Going Thread NCAA 13

2-0 in my first year so far (Washington). This dynasty is just holding me over until the patches (need the correct home jerseys and white helmets) arrive.

Loving it so far, though. This is probably the funnest NCAA game I've played in a while. Just beat LSU on the road, in triple OT, 43-41. It was a sluggish start for both teams in the first half, with the score tied at 7. Then, things got interesting and I went back and forth with them for a bit. Keith Price started lighting it up... I couldn't do a thing on the ground, but Price finished 23-38 for 284 yards and four TD passes. Sean Parker had a pick 6 (50 yards) in the fourth quarter that was HUGE for me... If LSU would have scored there, it's a 14-point LSU lead with less than four minutes left. I got a stop, then tied it up. LSU answered right back but gave me 1:45 to tie things up and that's what I did. I converted the 2-point conversion in triple OT and walked away victorious.

#21 in the nation right now and Keith Price has been phenomenal... 42-70, 683 yards, 8 TD, 0 INT through the first two games. He should be knocking on the Heisman list's door any time now.

Shaquille Thompson is an absolute beast... 19 tackles, 2 INT, 2 FF so far.

Re: The Official How's Your Dynasty Going Thread NCAA 13

So if our dynasty either crashes trying to load it, trying to start a game, or at halftime of each game, and saving it as a different file doesn't work, I'm guessing I'm pretty much screwed?
