EA Tiburon's final roster update for Madden NFL 12 hit consoles shortly after the New York Giants' Super Bowl XLVI victory. As no more official updates will be released for Madden NFL 12, gamers must now update the game themselves to keep it relevant.

If you have a USB flash drive, there are already several great roster updates ready for download on the OS forums.

It was silly in Madden 10 when they took Kurt Warner out of the game because he retired. Madden is supposed to represent that year's rosters,and Madden 11 was trying to continue to update after the season. They was a lot of out cry EA put things right again.

I am glad there won't be more updates... and I'm not.

I don't know why Donny forgot all about player traits. Not one player's traits were changed since launch. just like forgotten tuner sets, Player Traits were put in and now have cob webs on them.

It's a vicious cycle.
