Because not only is a video directly above your post, but you think (like so many others) that we have some inside knowledge. We don't! Its been said many times: we will find out when everyone else does unless they show up in a video or screen capture we will find out with the launch of Teambuilder, and it appears that even then we won't know exactly what is going to be in the game because they apparently will be hiding some uniforms until they are actually worn.

You know just as much as we do, I would assume if they put the Chrome helmets in the game that the uniforms are also in (wouldn't make much sense to exclude one piece while putting another in).

looks by the video tht the fighting ducks unis are not in or atleast the helmet isnt

They didn't even show the user go through the jersey options, so there was no way to tell if they had the Fighting Ducks jerseys, which were worn w/ their regular black helmets & pants. But was weird was it was set on the green uniforms, but for the game they had on all black...

I like these for Arkansas but knowing EA I am sure they didn't make it into the game.

If they're not in the game, it's completely on the university. Pictures of the actual uniforms have been around for over a month now. So they've existed long enough for EA to know about it.
