Shouldn't be in the game. "Clutchness" is a mental thing. This is a game, we shouldn't have players miss open shots and stuff because in real life they'd be nervous or something. The most I'd take is having players in a slump immediately have that wiped away. (So if someone was cold, as soon as crunch time starts, that'd be cleared).

No attribute boosts or predetermined scores. I hate when someone takes a terrible shot and just because they're 'clutch' the CPU bails them out and they get the points

I disagree, the user should be the clutch one. A shot shouldn't be determine by one rating and the quarter. If we were to play a game and I make a double teamed, contested buzzer beater with Robert horry because he's clutch; whats the point of playing the 3 other quarters because I can make all my shots in the 4th because of a rating. Games should be determine by strategy and skill not a rating that magically makes a player better or worse, let the user determine if they can make the big shot by themselves.

I agree 100 percent. I think there should be an option to put realistic clutch and mental factors in the game. if you really want to go fully realistic you can put these options in.

The clutch factory makes sense in the game. You'll see kobe making many jumpers in the fourth, but he'll miss some just like in real life because they are bad shots or forced.

But that doesnt have anything to do with clutchness... he makes and misses shots all game depending how good they are...

I don't know, aren't the two clutch ratings irrelevant when "clutch factor" is turned off in the game sliders?

LeBron is clutch he just always hesitant because he likes 2 pass the ball

anyway being CLUTCH is a mental thing and not everybody has that factor 2 be clutch

My definition of clutch-Missing more than u make

i hate when people say LeBron isn't clutch. in the 07 finals his team was complete trash and the spurs just double teamed him constantly. Id be surprised if any of you can name 3 teammates of LeBron on that team. now that he is on the heat, he is playing with one of the best closers in the game in D-Wade and LeBron likes to pass.

after that rant, "clutch" is different to every person therefore 2K will never be able to make a system that is universally appreciated. Some people want to make every shot with kobe, others want to see him miss when he's double teamed.

Clutch is too personal of a factor to put into a video game
