Downloaded the app a few days ago and been playing the HR Derby trying to play against friends but don't have any friends who play the Show lol.

FYI, you don't actually have to finish a game w/ a friend, just challenge a random fb friend and you'll get your code after your turn.

2. Buyers shouldn't now have to jump through hoops to get it.

Considering the price of games, it's amazing how much BS the game buying public has to put up with.

Right. This is complete BS on the part of SCEA.

At first, Online HR derby wasn't anywhere to be found. The answer: "We haven't turned it on yet due to stability of online servers". Now we find out the real reason is because they were working a deal with Taco Bell, and even now we have to jump thru some garbage BS to play something that was supposed to be available from day one.

This is absolutely stupid. I'm not going to sign up for Facebook and play a Taco Bell sponsored gimmick app just to get a feature that was supposed to be available from day one.

Gimmick apps that are created solely to generate revenue for advertisers are disgusting and a gross misuse of what apps are supposed to be for.

-1000 respect points for SCEA.

You dont need FB or Taco Bell to get and/or to play the game.
You just need a smart phone. Thats all.

There is a total of ZERO dollars that is required to be spent to play the game, so long as you have an appropriate phone.

Plus, this is totally separate from the Online HRD that will be featured on the PS3 in July.
Its just an app, not a full out official mode.
