Just to clear some stuff up. "3rd party" has and always will mean Sony/MS. There is no question that the patch is in their hands. Thats why he doesn't know when it will be released. How long it takes...

Well thats what we've all pretty much gone off of but Ian statements seem to somewhat conflict with that. Wouldn't he have said that its in Sony/MS testing?

I'm not trying to misrepresent what he said or put words in his mouth but if you read the last line of his quote I get the impression that the patch hasn't actually been submitted for approval yet....

Is the D-League fixed? Can we move guys up and down now?

Are the stat overlays fixed? Previously we would get incorrect stat overlays.

Originally it was locked and the at the last minute (per our requests) they added the ability to change it.
