Re: Week 11 : Seattle @ Minnesota

No one would have complained if Henderson would have taken out Tim Ruskell's knee.

Nice play call Knapp. :y220d:

Re: Week 11 : Seattle @ Minnesota

Fixed that for you. Forsett is just as good as Julius, but the O-Line is garbage.

Vikings easily. And if for some reason the Hawks keep it close, they'll fold in the 4th quarter like they always...

Re: UFC 106: Forrest vs Tito

I'm pretty sure Forrest meant Mark Coleman is a completely different kind of fighter and Tito was preparing for Coleman, not Forrest. He meant no disrespect to Coleman.

Edit: Completely agree...

Re: Cy Young winners

I hope Tim stays in SF and Felix stays in Seattle. Felix is younger and I think they can get him signed to a long-term deal cheaper this offseason than what they'd have to pay for Lincecum in a...

Re: Cy Young winners

I hope not. If they sign Tim it means they no longer have Felix.

Re: 2009-2010 Hot Stove League

Re: Cy Young winners

Just when you think the BBWAA stepped into the new millennium, they give Wainwright the most 1st place votes based upon him leading the league in Wins. :brickwall

Re: The Pac-10 Thread

Considering how young the entire conference is and the mass exodus of talent, I don't see how the Ducks finish any lower than 6th. A key injury or two to Cal or Washington and you could easily say...

Re: Cy Young winners

Its not because Carpenter missed a month. Its because Lincecum was the better pitcher. And its not even close IMO. Like I said before, Lincecum created his own outs, Carpenter relied on hitters to...

This was enough for me...

K/9
Lincecum 10.42
Carpenter 6.47

FIP
Lincecum 2.34
Carpenter 2.78

Re: 2009-2010 Hot Stove League

Even so, he's still a project if you're going to turn him into a starter. Setup man vs starting is a world's difference. No one in their right mind would give up a top prospect for him as reliever...

According to the M's, it was not a suicide attempt, but an extremely high heart rate.

Re: 2009: AL Gold Glove Winners

Or maybe, just maybe, I'm being unbiased.

Are you really going to say he's a better defensive OF than Carl Crawford, Franklin Gutierrez, David DeJesus, Denard Span, Ryan Sweeney, BJ Upton, and...
