I believe SCEA can only do certain jerseys and certain things with those jerseys. They must follow the MLB Style guid exactly or they face fines.

I own the Show. Actually last year for some dumb reason I purchased 2K. Then I won The Show and couldn't believe how much better it was.

I just don't understand how someone can say 2K has fewer...

I think you need to UN-SELECT 720P as an option under the system settings. If you give it the option it goes to that. If you un-select it I think it'll go into 1080P.

Yep, there will be a software update for the game today or sometime this week from what I understand. I was told this by Sony at least. Also, I think it might do something with online play...

They've had that message for the update up since Friday, but it is marked March 3rd. We'll just need to wait for them to actually post it as you're right now downloading basically nothing. Maybe this...
