Yep, I was in his class all 4 years. But UCF always wore black jerseys until O'Leary showed up 4 or 5 years ago.

In Play Now they are at the end of the alphabet after Wyoming. In dynasty mode, you have to import them (Right Trigger I believe) when setting up the dynasty.

UCF broke out the black jerseys for homecoming and got their first win ever over a ranked team. But those were more of a throwback than a black alt... UCF only wore black when I went there.

This is correct. It is based on coach integrity. Just keep as many promises as possible and the rest will unlock in future years.

It is a very forgiving system as well. I've never had problems...

This can happen if the upload/download process fails for whatever reasons. There are no steps to avoid it, but the commish saving the dynasty as backup before advancing is the best way to protect it...

Unfortunately the way our crowd colors work we couldn't do this. If Boise was Orange/Blue and WHITE alternate colors, we could fudge it.

It did turn out to be a requirement by Sony because of the trophies. The ones that allow it must have gotten a waiver on it or are Sony games.

We have a budget every year... $x can be spent on stadiums. So we have to decide who makes the cut every year. FSU and UCF don't get special treatment. UCF is rather low on our priority list. FSU is...

One of the most complicated parts of NCAA from a programming standpoint is loading into game. We'd have to write a whole new section of code for loading into the stadium but not loading players,...
