You are correct. I don't think they work offline either. Why wouldn't they have them work for user vs user games. It doesn't make any sense to me. To me it doesn't seem like it would be a hard...

Did EA ever give a reason why the sliders don't work for user vs user games? Is this something they are looking at fixing for next year? Hopefully so!!!!

If you allow coach mode in an offline franchise why not make it available for online franchise. There are alot of people out there that would play this way if available.

Coach mode in online franchise

Please add a coach mode that can be used in online franchise next year. There are plenty of people out there that like to call the plays and watch the game play out. BTW, broadcast camera is a must...
