Just download and use his Franchise file, i've had no problems with it. Use the roster file to play Exhibition games.

As far as editing players in Franchise in-game goes, you cannot edit anything other than their number. You can however use Finn's editor to edit your players as long as you have what it takes to...

To add to that, you need to max out ALL of the CPU's offensive sliders, Human Coverage to 0, and also put Human Tackling & Pursuit very low. That should give you CPU QB's completing 50-56% or more...
