I'm on my 3rd copy of the game. I had 4 copies of NHL '08. EA needs to fix their discs, or M$ needs to up the quality on their disc drives. And oh ya, I'm on my 2nd 360, and also, after a repair....

I rarely pick the Bruins. Maybe once every 20 games or so. Probably less.

It's just too predictable though. As soon as I click ranked match, bam, there's some kid rushing to pick a top 5 team....

I'm so sick of EVERY person I join a game with shooting right to the Pens, Wings or Hawks. I'm sick of it. Why can't people pick a decent team that doesn't have Crosby, Ovechkin or the Blackhawks? ...

There isn't going to be one. I'm sold it's because releasing a demo would reduce sales since people would see how mediocre the game is. Smart if you ask me.

The Eaves thing was on purpose. They bought him out. But the Kessel thing is still up in the air. Neither side is doing anything. Kessel doesn't have many options other than taking an offer sheet...

This is my point. I'm not saying games don't replicate arenas, my point is that it isn't the developers fault that they can't use the names. Like I said, I don't think 2K can use the Garden either....

I'm almost certain 2K doesn't have the Garden. Not even NBA games have it so I didn't think it was possible. If so, color me wrong.

This is false. It's not the developers/publishers fault, it's the owners fault. The Celtics and Bruins don't have the TD Bank Garden because Jeremy Jacobs won't give them the rights to use it.

Gotta be honest...Before the demo I was extremely excited about the idea of board passing, but it seems like EVERY time I try it, no matter where the computer defense is, they always get to the puck...

So far I've struggled to score on basic wrist shots and rarely get decent chances in the slot area. Most, if not all of my goals so far have come off of ugly rebounds/ugly goalie animations...

Ah, apparently the one-handed deke requires pressing Vision Control first. I like that. I won't use it, but I like that they made it require a modifier button press first.
