The #s are pretty close I did not list all those changes but there werent many. Some were not possible like BrYce McNeal will wear #7 but in the game you cant have duplicates and I think Ricky Sapp...

Here is what I did:

The LG Jamal Medlin I turned into JK Jay a FR OL who came in JAN and could see playing time.

The C Wilson Norris is not a FR he is a SO so you could just him to that.
