09 Jukebox

Hi All,
I tried to use some songs off my hardrive to use in NBA 09.When I tried it it said they weren't compatible to play in game.All I did was transfer some stuff of a regular c.d onto my hard drive.How can I add something that is compatible,as I really want my own music in game.Has anyone been successful in doing this,with the 09 jukebox.

I don't know what your setting is on your PS3....but check to make sure when you rip cds....they are ripped in MP3 fashion..... then start up NBA 09 and go to the Jukebox..and they should be there...and work....

It worked fine with my songs on my hard drive.....but I'm liking the game's own soundtrack so far...... I also like the instrumental samples they use.... it goes great with the out door games...

Yeah I'm lovin the instrumentals as well, I put on that real sick dramatic beat when I made it to game 7 of the finals with my created dude in the Life mode, made the victory even sweeter.

Yea I feel like a loser admitting it but I like playing Thunderstruck by acdc in big moments during my OKC chise.
