SCEA Sports - MLB>MLB the Show 2010: play in any decade option

I've mentioned this several times on other threads, but the more places I talk about it the better, and I hope the producers and developers see what i've written. So any way this game needs some new features to keep it interesting.

- Play in any decade option from 1900 to 2010 for your career player (change the course of history forever)

- Playing in any decade everything has to be right especially the in game relplay cam and record cam it would have to look like black and white film depending on the decade.

- Why retire and have that be it? why not retire your player and immediatly able to make another player to kinda pick up where you left off? That way your old players records and name still survive. ( see your own records be broken or go unbroken) if you were to keep creating and retiring players you'd eventually see everything around you change, jeresys, stadiums, teams go away. And we know who retires and when who goes to the Hall of Fame and who doesn't.
Change history forever you be the first one to hit more than 800 career homers and be named sultan of swat.

- If you retire you should have the chance of getting your number retired and being remembered as an icon.

- Theres got to be a better way of geting promoted to the MLB these goals in the game have to go. they take away to much from the fun of the game. Once you check everything off the list you got more stuff to check off.

- This game does have bugs that need to be fixed such as balls that go through player gloves.

- I don't know about anyone else but this game needs new announcers. The announcers would depend on the decade though.

It would be fun to play in a ball game and see everything change over time as you go through players. Call it quits or continue through another player in your old retired players footsteps.

- Maybe we can get the option of unlimted training sessions. Train as much and as many times as you want. Actually do the sessions, and not have to worry about points.

There's no way they'd ever take the time to get the rights to all the players that have played in the past century.

I'm going to be in the minority here, but the idea of playing in the 50's or the 80's doesn't appeal to me. I'd rather they spent their time with other things.

Also, if my RTTS player is Black and I play in the 1950's, what happens? Negro League? Or do you play in the Majors and the crowd yells racial slurs at you?

I have to agree, this doesn't sound the least bit appealing

I like the idea...but then again...I'm a sucker for anything old time having to do with baseball.

But yeah.....we don't need anything like this.....we need homerun derby back....or something else that has zero to do with actual baseball! :-)
