Anyone create Stephen Strasburg?

I'm thinking about starting a new RTTS Career by creating Strasburg and having him signed with the Nationals. Are there any cheats for this game that allow an RTTS pitcher to START OFF with a 103 mph fastball? For the sake of realism.

He's in Ridins roster set

I think the most accurate roster with him is Knights End of Season Set.
