Strikeouts on Legend?!

How is it possible to strikeout the computer on Legend? I dont know if the patch screwed stuff up but it's practically impossible now for me to have realistic strikeout numbers against the computer! Before the patch on Legend I was having a lot of success! Ive restarted my Yanks franchise on Legend about 7 times and Im lucky to get 1-2 strikeouts by Sabathia in each performance. Its terribly unrealistic! Before the patch Sabathia would get at least as many strikeouts as innings pitched. I mean it's really ruining this game for me. Im refuse to go down a level as everything else is fine for me! Seriously Im about ready to just give up on this game! It had such potential but with all the gitches and effed up patches its become such a let down!

I also have a hard time getting good strikeout numbers. I haven't noticed a change after the patch though. It just seems CPU hitting is too location based, meaning if you throw a PHilthy (yes, filthy with a capital PH) pitch in the strike zone, the CPU will make contact and will barely ever swing through it, even pitchers don't swing through enough pitches. I can usually get OK strikeout numbers with control pitchers because they can paint corners or throw pitches that just break out the strike zone. The CPU doesn't even flinch at freaking perfectly thrown low changeups, splitters, and curves. You have to have CPU contact at 2/10 (-3) or lower to get somewhat decent strikeout numbers.

If I bring down my CPU contact wont I start winning every game? I mean it's weird like 3 weeks ago I was getting a strikeout an inning with good pitchers, now Im lucky to get one or two with my best pitchers! Plus, on top of all that, Sabathia and Chamberlain have gotten rocked!!!! They both have given up a gozillion homers in the games they pitch! This is all so disheartening!

Turn down the CPU timing, contact sliders, and up their foul tendacy.

putting foul tendency to 0 or almost 0 should be the easiest way to get them to swing through more pitches without making it easier to win ballgames

This game SUCKS!!!!! Just to prove my point I made Mark Prior perfect in all pitching categories and played a game with him, guess what? 1 strikeout over 7 innings! Pathetic! I dont know how anyone can overlook this? Seriously I got more accuracy from Bases Loaded! Also yep im saying it 7th inning guess what again? yep the computer scored 5 runs! It's silly! At least 2k9 doesnt have a comeback code! You guys can say whatever you want, live in your shroud of denial, but ask yourself this, has the computer ever plugged away inning by inning to win a game? And without some majestic home run? Nope its always some big explosion in one inning! Silly! Absolutely silly! Im sending my copy back to SCEA no return address cause I dont want any apologies or freebies for this crappy product! Back to Out Of the Park Baseball for me! Hey SCEA you guys should hire the guys from OOTP to help develop your game, maybe then we'll get an accurate depiction of baseball! Good luck to all you homers out there!

Then send it back and be done with it already. The sooner you do this the better it will be for us so we do not have to hear you cry. AND for all of us homers we do not need luck because we know how to play the game.

Why return it? Why not sell it so that you at least recoup some of the money you spent on it? Or is just more dramatic this way?
