Vulcan Changeup

During my rtts game I ran in to a pitcher that threw a vulcan changeup and i am wondering who else throws this pitch because you can't select it as a pitch in the edit player menu.

RP Joe Nelson of the Tampa Bay Rays throws it in real life. Don't know about the game though. The middle and pointer finger go together. Then the ring and pinkie go together
