Not sure how this screen works? i see little red arrows pointing down next to some of my players attributes but thats it. Does any one know how this screen works?

The Player Progression screen just shows which ratings your players are improving / regressing on. The red down arrows beside the rating shows that the particular player is regressing in that rating.
I wouldn't worry about it too much, though. At least not for "established" players. In my franchise, Victor Martinez has 13 home runs (he's played in about 90 games of 103), but his power ratings vs. left and right are both going down. Same with Peralta. He's batting .337 with 19 home runs (and he was out for about 20 games!), yet his contact vs. right and left are both going down.
Essentially, I think even if the progression screen shows they are regressing in a rating, it doesn't affect them to a great extent in the short term. They'll still perform.
On that note, I've yet to see an UP arrow by ANY of my players' ratings, in 103 games! :-)[Reply]
