Choppy animations in the demo?

I'm getting this weird choppiness in the batters swings, and herky jerkey ball movement when the pitcher pitches. Like the ball is hard to see because it's chopping.

Is this just me?

not just you dude, in my opinion, this demo is awful. I really hope this isnt how the game is going to be like. This game needs a few more months of development. Good thing I havent sold 08 yet.

Well they did say this build was an old build, maybe it hasn't been fully optimized.

The game itself is amazing, but this choppy thing is already getting on my nerves.

I'm sorry...but we have said it time and time again.
This build is weeks older than even the one we played in S.D. last week and that was BUTTER.
It doesn't need months...it didn't even need DAYS when we were there. There was one thing(fixed) and we even said....we'd take the copy we had then and there and be blissful.

That's good to know, and for the record, I don't recall you even talking about the framerate, so we have no idea if it was like this when you played it.

Well, at the point in time the demo was made there was a few months of development time left. Considering we played a later full version, you guys are complaining about stuff that really is a non issue.

Listen, we didn't get to play the damn thing, you did. All we can go on is by screenshots and what you've said until today.

All we've got to put our hands on is this demo, and the demo is choppy. I'm SUPER happy to hear it's not a problem in the full version, I'm just saying that what I'm playing here has serious framerate issues on the pitcher/batter part.

After the ball is in play it's perfect, which is why I kinda figured it was due to this being an old build. However, people who don't know that are going to download the demo and say "man it's choppy, screw that game"

My preorders (I have 3 copies pre-ordered) aren't going anywhere, I would play this game even WITH the choppy demo stuff, that's how much I love it, but other potential customers might be turned off.

Yeah, if there wasn't a frame rate issue last year, and we didn't see on when we were up there....what would we say? Why would it even enter our minds?

I don't know. Maybe delete the demo and download it again???

The first thing i noticed, when i swing the bat it seemed a bit odd, sluggish. But basically had no problems at all.
