I'm convinced 08 The Show plays better with original rosters

Hello everyone....I just started playing a season with the original rosters (albeit tweaked a bit) and I got to say that it plays much better than with the downloaded rosters. I'm not kidding here either. It seems the games play much better without much having to be done to sliders except make the CPU pitching a little harder.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I've seen better results (both in-game and simulated) with the updated rosters. I use Knight & Friends' with Aub's edits.

I am using Knights Rosters .....absolutely no complaints.

Well, if the rosters have been tweaked, they really aren't the original rosters. Our roster was tweaked too.

Something about all rosters. Just as with sliders, the settings/attributes will never please everyone and that's why tweaking is allowed. So that each individual can get the game to feel/play, right/better for them.

So, you tweaked the original roster, so it's not really the original roster anymore.

Do you mean better than the downloaded SCEA rosters? I dunno. As others have said, I play with Knight and Jim's rosters and find them to be much better than the original. To each his own though
