Of course. This game never gets old to me. After owning the football games for a week I am already sick of them. The Show however, is always fresh and exciting.

I will be starting to play again this weekend. I needed a little break after the Cubs sweep! I had restarted my Franchise so I'm only in August.

I haven't been on here in ages, but still playing The Show, and starting to look forward to 09.

Re: Anyone still playing this game?

I am still playing quite a bit! I'm in my second season with the Royals after going 71-91 in year 1. This season I've started out pretty well, 10-8 so far.

My main complaint in the game is the ease of hitting. I've found some pretty good sliders that have allowed me to see 6-8 hit games quite a bit, but it's almost impossible to get held to under 5 hits in a game. Despite this issue, the game is still a lot of fun and it is spot on in a lot of other areas in gameplay.

Re: Anyone still playing this game?

My season ended today when I lost three straight to the DBacks in the playoffs.

I have failed.

So, back to editing ASB2k5 roster, Far Cry is coming out in a couple weeks and need to get back into Uncharted.

Re: Anyone still playing this game?

After a season using the LEGENDS roster....I have re-started a Met franchise to get me through the winter.
Still going strong with this game!!
It's actually better than ever for me now, with no rosters to edit!
In my LEGENDS season....it was my '86 Mets 1 1/2 games behind with 4 to play. The '98 Braves had the lead and I was facing the '97 Marlins.
I was sure I could catch the Bravos, or at least tie them.
I won out the remainder of the season.....but so did the Braves. The '85 Cards took the Central....the '66 Dodgers took the West(1/2 game over the '99 D-Backs) and the '90 Reds took the W.C.(beat me by 1 game!)
Arrrgghhhhh I so wanted to play in the W.S. with that set.
I cannot tell you how much fun it was to play with the Legends.

Next year....as most of you seem to want...I will do a greatest players set....

I have done the opposite. I tucked away the Good Ol' Legend's Rosters for my hotstove league after I complete my current season. Should be getting into that season by November Thanks again Mr. Knight for your time with the not only the Legends rosters but all of them as well.

Re: Anyone still playing this game?

Not now, but I'll resume next season. My Indians franchise-----I was 1 game behind the Yankees for the wildcard. Last game of the year, I lost to the ChiSox, and the Yankees won.
So no playoffs for me.......(like real life!)
It's a great game, so unlike Madden 08, it will NOT become a coaster......lmao....
