Why Are All Players Wearing Their Pants High?

I'm at the tail end of August with BOTH of my franchises. Out of the blue, ALL players are now wearing their pants high. When I check things out at the 'view roster' screen to edit everything as it should be, the players who are supposed to be wearing long pants are shown as: socks-pants. Where the HELL did this glitch come from. It seems so far irreversible

This is affected even every team's AA & AAA rosters too. So if I want to edit/create someone wearing long pants...it'll show it, but in the GAME, he'll be wearing high pants...dammit

ive never had this problem...but it seems very strange, i have had the retro unis with all the socks up which i wish the people with the socks down normally would just go with the extremely baggy pants

I deleted a TON of saved franchise files, saved my franchise and shut the system off. Turned it back on...starting a new series in Pittsburgh..and the pants issue is no more

Rod, have you been getting the "high socks" glitch? When I was playing I was wondering why eveyone on both teams have high socks on.

I have had that problem only when I do an In-game save and then load it back up and high socks glitch. Ive also had a low pants glitch that same way. Ive only seen it after loading up an in-game save though.

When the game came out people said they noticed this. The ones that had it said it had something to do with the 'retro' unis. After having a game with 'retro' uni's, where everyone back then wore high socks, then the rest of their games would be with high socks.

They only way to get rid of this would be to save your franchise, and this exit out of the game to the XMB and then restart the game.

hey there...I had it for exactly two games...one for my Mets and one for my Rays

You're onto something. I had played a game with my Rays out in Oakland. The A's were wearing old, old unis with a blue elephant logo and my Rays were wearing the old Devil Rays uni with the 'spectrum' coloring...both teams had high socks.

It was the next two games I played when I saw the glitch. Ultimately, I saved my franchise, shut the system off and turned it back on...and ding! Last night, things were back to normal

I've had that glitch a couple of times myself in my franchise. The Cubs would were there old school uni's when they all wear high socks and brown gloves. Everytime the next game the hold team would have high socks. The first time I started a new Franchise and they all still had the high socks. I got mad and turned it off. When I turned it back on later everything was back to normal. It's a little annoying but at least it doesn't stay that way.

Just another reason to let us pick our own uniform's before each game!

This guy has won the prize. The glitch happens whe a team plays in their old uniforms. They all wear high socks and will continue to wear them until the PS3 is turned off then on again. I hated this when I played. Which is exactly why during a franchise, SCEA needs to let US pick the uniforms we want to wear
